Vacuum Heat Treatment

At the point of heat treatment, our company holds numerous large-scale vacuum heat treatment furnace, vacuum high temperate backfire furnace, box type low temperate backfire furnace and qualified rigidity checking equipment.

I. Our company has two SVTG-60 3-chamber vacuum sintering furnace, this type of furnace adopts computer-controlling advanced temperature system, vacuum air pumping system introduces Occident import machine pump, valgar type pump and spread pump. Then vacuum degree reaches to 10-5~10-7 TORR, rapidity cooling pressure reaches to 6BAR, and available working space extends to 600W×600H×900L. The highest working temperature is 1500℃, so the SVTG-60 3-chamber vacuum sintering furnace can be widely used in powder metallurgy sintering, stainless steel solid dissolve, vacuum backfire and vacuum brazing.

II. We hold a VTG-600 vacuum heat treatment furnace, the furnace adopts the most advanced controlling system, vacuum air pumping system also adopts Occident import machine pump, valgar type pump and spread pump. Then vacuum degree can reach to 10-5~10-7 TORR, rapidity cooling pressure can reach to 4.8 atmosphere pressure. Available working space is 600W×600H×900L. The highest working temperature is 1500℃, so the vacuum heat treatment furnace can be widely used in vacuum quenching fire, backfire, powder metal lurgy sintering and stainless steel solid dissolve.

III. There is a vacuum high temperature backfire furnace in our company, it adopts the most advanced temperature controlling system, and vacuum air pumping system introduces Occident import machine pump, valgar type pump. The vacuum degree reaches to 10-2~10-3TORR, the available working space is 600W×600H×900L, and the highest working temperature is 800℃.

IV. We also have two air back fire furnaces, the available working space is 600W×600H×900L,and the highest working temperature is 650℃.

V. Company holds three box type low temperate backfire furnaces.
