Weihong Vacuum Products Co., Ltd was built in 1995 as a branch of
Zhenlong Industry Stock Co., Ltd. The company is a specialty vacuum
furnace manufacturer with 3 millions of registration capital. Shanghai
Weihong has all the vacuum furnace technology in designing, manufacturing
and applying, so our company engages in designing, manufacturing and
selling the following products, for instance, high temperature vacuum
devices, vacuum heat treatment/sintering/brazing, stainless steel
products and correlative metalwork OEM.
At present, heat treatment workshop has above eleven vacuum heat treatment
and correlative equipments, also collocates with a few import plane
grinders and corresponding rigidity checking equipments. All the vacuum
equipments come from mother company, vacuum degree reaches 10-5~10-7TORR,
in order to satisfy customer in vacuum quenching, vacuum backfire,
vacuum high low temperature backfire, vacuum brazing, powder metallurgy
lurgy sintering, liquid nitrogen measuring treatment, and plane grinding.
Company develops broad meeting and delivering goods to customer for
convenience service. And skillful technology and fine service gain
throng clients and abroad recognition for us. Facing our developing
clients, our company is pressing on with introducing large-scale vacuum
furnace, 3-chamber continuous vacuum furnace, MIM (metal injection
molding), crafg transmitter, MIM special vacuum furnace and correlative
lab entire equipments.
Simultaneously, company has machine process workshop with fine equipments,
including lathe, milling machine, drill press, import hydraulic press,
numerical controlling hydraulic press, punch, desending material machine,
ban gold special device, brazing machine, vacuum measure divalge machine,
vltrasonisware clean device and polishing device, all above 60 devices.
Besides producing stainless steel vacuum cup or flask, we carry on
external service-OEM also.
As a branch, we are pleased to carry on customizing our mother company's
VAC-LONG special vacuum devices.
